Raced Before · Race Prep
You have a time. Beat it.
Race prep for individual and doubles athletes, built backwards from your race date.
You already know what the last one cost you. This is the work that changes the number.
The race prep program.
F13 is an official HYROX gym, and we run a race prep program for athletes who want their next race to be faster than their last.
Individual or doubles
Tell us which you are racing. Doubles carries its own handoffs and pacing decisions, and the plan accounts for them.
Built around your race date
Programming is personalized and works backwards from the day you race, not from the day you sign up.
Train on your schedule
24/7 gym access, so the block fits your week instead of your week fitting the block.
Race day planning
Pacing and transitions are worked out in advance, so nothing on race weekend is a surprise.
Ten spots. When they are filled, they are filled.
Who trains here.
HYROX Elite athlete and Pro division race winner Jack Driscoll trains at F13.
24 F13 athletes raced HYROX Washington D.C. across one September weekend. Racing is part of the culture here, not a poster on the wall.

Seasoned racers.
The same program serves athletes chasing a podium. The difference is not a different plan, it is where the plan starts and how hard it pushes.
Load past race weight
The wall balls and kettlebells go past competition weight, and the main gym is through the same door. Nothing caps what you load.
Simulate on your own clock
24/7 access means a full race rehearsal at 5am on a Sunday if that is what the block calls for. No booking, no set schedule.
FAQ.
Do you have a HYROX race prep program?
Yes. F13 is an official HYROX gym and runs a race prep program for individual and doubles racers. Personalized programming built around your race date, 24/7 gym access, and race day planning. Ten spots. Call 484-891-0840 or email info@f13performance.com to set up a consultation.
Can I train heavier than race weight?
Yes. The wall balls and kettlebells go above competition weight, and the main gym is through the same door. Nothing here caps what you train at, so race day feels lighter than training.
Do you take doubles teams?
Yes. The program covers doubles teams as well as individual racers, including the handoffs and the pacing decisions that only show up when two people share the work.
Come see the gym.
Walk through it, look at the equipment, and talk through your race date while you are standing in the room. Never raced? Start here instead.
