What Is F13
F13 Performance Center sits in the back of Resistance Strength and runs as its own operation. Olympic platforms, 20 squat racks, turf, bumper plates, HYROX conditioning equipment. Everything you need is in here.
Every class is coached and every week of programming builds on the last. Whether you're an athlete in the off-season or just done winging your workouts, this is where it starts clicking.
Resistance Strength members get access to both facilities. You can add F13 classes to your existing membership, or join F13 classes on their own. Either way, you're in.

Squat. Pull. Press. Snatch. Clean. We've got the platforms and the coaching to do it right, and once you feel what it's like to move serious weight with solid technique, you won't want to train any other way.

Every session is built around what race day actually demands — ski ergs, sleds, rowing machines, sandbags, wall balls, and farmer carries. So when you're standing at that start line, you already know your training was enough.

Four days a week, small group, every session programmed with a purpose. The athletes who come through here show up to their next season faster, stronger, and ahead of the kids who spent their offseason doing nothing. This is where that gap gets built.
