Never Raced · Start Here
Your first HYROX starts in Allentown.
You do not need to be in shape to start. That is what the training is for.
The loads and the intervals scale to where you are today, and the race format is learnable. Eight runs and eight stations, the same eight everywhere in the world. Once you have practiced them, none of it is a surprise.
What you are actually signing up for.
Eight 1 km runs, each one into a station. Same order and same standards in Allentown, Austin, or Amsterdam.
Start1 km run into every station
- SkiErg
- Sled Push
- Sled Pull
- Burpee Broad Jump
- Row
- Farmers Carry
- Sandbag Lunges
- Wall Balls
Finish
None of the eight are exotic. The part people underestimate is the stacking: you can be a strong lifter and a strong runner and still fall apart the first time you sled-push straight off a 1k. That is the skill we train.
How we get you to the start line.
You will train in the same room as athletes who race the Pro division, and nobody here lets a first-timer feel out of place.
The work is already in class
You do not need a separate race plan to begin. Class programming already contains the runs, the carries, the sled work, and the wall balls.
Coaches scale it to you
Weights come down, intervals shorten, and movements get swapped until the session fits the athlete in front of them. Nobody is handed race weight on day one.
Practice on your own clock
24/7 access means you can practice the movements by yourself, as many times as you want, with no booking and no set schedule.
Race week is familiar
By the time you get to the start line you have practiced every movement many times over. The race is long, but none of it is new.

FAQ.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
No. The loads and intervals scale, and progression comes from the programming over weeks rather than from surviving a race-pace session on day one. Plenty of our athletes started with zero races.
Do I need to know the movements already?
No. The eight stations are a SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmer carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. None of them are exotic, and coaches walk you through each one. By race week you have practiced every one of them many times.
Can I just try a class first?
Come see the gym first. Walk through it, watch a class run, and look at the equipment. Fill out the contact form or call 484-891-0840 and we will set a time that works.
Come see it first.
Walk through the gym, watch a class run, and look at the equipment before you decide anything. Already raced? See the race prep program.
