Every class is coached. Every week of programming builds on the last. Whether you are an athlete in the off-season or just done winging your workouts, this is where it starts clicking.
F13 is small-group by design. Sessions are capped so your coach actually sees your reps, adjusts your load, and gets hands-on when something is off. You are not one of 40 people guessing your way through a whiteboard.
Resistance Strength members get access to both facilities. You can add F13 classes to your existing membership, or join F13 on its own. Either way, you are in.

Every session is built to make you measurably stronger over time. Progressive overload, smart programming, and the right equipment so you are not just working hard, you are actually getting somewhere. Strength built here carries over to everything: sports, work, life.

Stability
A strong foundation prevents everything.
Most injuries happen when strength outpaces control. We train your core, joints, and posterior chain to move with stability under load, so you stay healthy, train consistently, and build a body that holds up long-term. This is the work most gyms skip.

Skill
Move well. Then move heavy.
Technique is not a beginner thing. It is everything. We coach the movements that matter: squats, pulls, presses, carries. You will learn to move with precision at lower intensity before adding load, so your form improves alongside your fitness rather than breaking down under it.

Sweat
Conditioning with a purpose.
F13 conditioning is not random cardio. It is targeted. Each session trains specific energy systems, improves your capacity under fatigue, and builds the kind of engine that makes everything else easier. You will leave spent, but never wrecked without reason.

Every piece of HYROX race-day equipment is on the floor at F13. SkiErgs, rowers, sleds, sandbags, wall balls, runway for the run splits. Programming is built to mirror race demands so when you line up, you already know the work.
