Personal Training in Allentown
Someone in your
corner.
Training on your own works right up until it does not. A coach who knows your goals, your history and your schedule is the difference between guessing and progressing. Start with a free consult. No cost, no commitment.
NASM Certified
Coaching backed by a recognized certification, not by whoever was free that afternoon.
Built Around You
Programming starts from where you actually are, your history and your schedule included.
On Our Floor
The same Watson and plate loaded equipment the rest of the gym trains on. No separate studio.
Who This Is For
You do not need to be an athlete. You need a reason.
You are starting over
Time off, an injury, a few years away. You know roughly what to do but not how to get back into it without repeating whatever stopped you last time.
You have plateaued
The same numbers for months. Usually that is a programming problem or a technique problem, and both are easier to see from the outside.
You want it done right
You would rather learn the lifts properly from the start than spend a year building habits you have to undo later.
You train around something
A bad shoulder, a desk job, a schedule that moves every week. Programming should account for that instead of pretending it is not there.
How It Works

Your Trainer
Martin
Manager · NASM-Certified Trainer
Martin is NASM certified and the manager who keeps this place running. He handles the day to day and still coaches on the floor, which means he is around enough to catch the small things before they turn into habits.
His approach is to build programs around where you actually are instead of where a template says you should be. That starts with a conversation, which is exactly what the free consult is for.

Questions
Before you reach out
I have never trained with a coach before. Is that a problem?
No. That is most of the people who start here. A first session is about learning how you move and what you are working with, not testing you. You will not be thrown into anything you are not ready for.
What happens at the free consult?
You talk through your goals, your training history, any injuries, and what your week actually looks like. We look at the floor and the equipment together. You leave knowing what a plan would involve, whether or not you sign up for anything.
Do I need to be a member to train 1-on-1?
Reach out and ask. Personal training and gym membership are handled separately, and the right setup depends on how often you plan to train and whether you also want floor access on your own time.
Where does personal training happen?
On our floor at 4630 Broadway in Allentown, in Tilghman Square. You train on the same Watson and plate loaded equipment the rest of the gym uses, not in a separate roped off studio.
How often would I train?
It depends on your goals and your schedule, and that is part of what the consult sorts out. Some people book every session, others use coaching to build a program they then run on their own.

Start with a
conversation.
The consult is free and nothing is booked until you say so. Worst case you walk the floor and leave knowing what a plan would look like.
